BHOPAL: The 11th National Soft Tennis Championship was inaugurated by cooperatives minister Vishwas Sarang at TT Stadium. Chairman, Madhya Pradesh Text Book Corporation, Raisingh Sendhav presided over the programme. Director, sports, Upendra Jain and Indian Soft Tennis Federation, vice president, NG Makwana were present as special guests.
Sarang in his address said sports leads to physical and mental development and they are an important dimension of life. Around 350 players and officials from 21 states are taking part in this event. Mohik Gajdhar administered oath of fair play to the players.
