SAGAR: The delegation lead by the MLA of Surkhi, Parul Sahu submitted the memorandum to the chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan to institute the Jasinagar as a thesil, on Friday.
MLA Parul Sahu informed that the Jasinagar is a block headquarters, but it is having many shortcomings. The farmers have to visit Sagar to conduct their land related work and it is almost 60 kilometres from Jasinagar.
Not only this, around 50 percent population of the Surkhi constituency is habitat in the Jasinagar area.
