BHOPAL: “As a lawyer I cannot make allegations against MSME minister Sanjay Pathak but other people and politicians are free to do so”, Congress RS member Vivek Tankha said while talking to The Free Press Journal.
Advocate Tankha added that the “Unless someone’s name is mentioned in the FIR or crops up during investigations, how can he be put in the dock”. He also added that of the government is not conducting investigations against the minister, they will going to file a case in court.
