BHOPAL: KK Singh, Additional chief secretary, Home Department, speaking in a programme on Armed Forces Flag Day here on Wednesday, said that this day is an opportunity to express our gratitude and respect towards nation’s armed forces and brave soldiers. The donations in Flag fund show us that the whole country stands by its forces.
Singh also said that our forces exceptionally perform its duty of safeguarding the life and property of its citizens even in adverse conditions. They also perform their duties earnestly in checking terrorist activities and overcoming natural calamities. ACS Singh said, “We need to pay our respect to our forces by extending them our support. The state government is making efforts so that the youths of the state may enhance their inclination towards forces”, he said.
