After transfer spree of thousands of employees, Congress has complained with the Election Commission against about half a dozen government officials of working under BJP influence. Congress has lodged complaint against TI Sarita Varman posted at Kotar police station in Satna district. The complaint said that Varman is posted at same police station for past several years. Congress had complained against her during assembly elections as well.
The complaint said that she is working in favour of BJP MP Ganesh Singh and should be removed immediately. Another complaint has been made against district education officer of Katni Sachhidanand Pandey. Abhay Jain and Rajendra Asati, both working in school education department in Katni, too have been named in the complaint that they have been there for past more than four years and working in favour of a political party.
Third complaint made by the Congress is against Tehsildar Manoj Shrivastava posted in Kolar of Bhopal district. The complaint said that Shrivastava is working under influence of BJP MLA Rameshwar Sharma. BJP also complained against an ADM Kailash Wankhede and Sandeep Soni who are both from Indore and have been posted there against rules. BJP has also complained against MLA Pachilal Meda also for building pressure on administration and police.
BJP complains against Digvijaya
BJP has lodged complaint with the election commission against Bhopal Lok Sabha candidate Digvijaya Singh for poll code violation. Digijvaya Singh had visited a temple and his distributed currency notes after coming out of the temple. The BJP delegation submitted video evidence as well with election commission.
BJP state prez accused of spreading fake news
Congress has made a complaint against BJP state president Rakesh Singh accusing him of spreading fake news. In their complaint the Congress workers alleged that a farmer Bhupat Patel of Bhedaghat in Jabalpur district died after consuming poison. In its complaint Congress alleged that Rakesh Singh had spread the fake news- that Patel was a farmer and he had committed suicide because his loan was not waived. Congress termed the matter to be a serious case of poll code violation and sought action on the matter.
