Bhopal: Days after Raisen chilling triple murder, a similar case of gruesome killing has come to fore in Harda district where three persons including a woman and minor boy were hacked to death by relatives. The incident occurred in Bediya Kalan village under Sirali police station on Sunday night. Old property dispute is reported to be main reason behind the triple murder, said police. Police have arrested two persons – Ramkrishna Likhore, 35 and his father Punamchand Likhore, 55, in connection with the murders of their relatives. Ramkrishna along with his father attacked his uncle Bhaiyalal Lakhore, 55, aunt Kusum Bai, 52, and their grandson Aditya,11, with an axe and killed them on the spot.
After the villagers informed about the gruesome killings, police reached the spot and ensured the safety of other members of the family. Thereafter police arrested the two accused. Heavy police force was deployed in the village. SHO Sirali Manoj Uike said, “Both the accused have been arrested. The family in their statement said that the two families had dispute over 80 acre parental property. They had even contested their claim in court, however, uncle and aunt always threatened not to give even single piece of land.”
