Bhopal: Collector inspects under-construction houses

NARSINGHPUR: The construction of houses under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana is continuing at a fast pace in the rural areas of the district. Collector RR Bhonsle, during his Gotegaon tour, inspected the under-construction houses for the beneficiaries of the scheme. Among others, he inspected the construction sites at Gadaghat village under village panchayat Ataria. He asked a woman beneficiary whether she was happy with the work. The sub-engineer in-charge of the site told the collector that the houses were being constructed in an area of 27.30 square metres each. He also visited Karelikalan village. As many as 99 houses are being built in the village. ADM Mohd Shahid Khan, tehsildar Dharmendra Choukse, janpad panchayat CEO MF Mahmood and other officers were present.
