An outrageous incident of how the administration is failing to provide health services to the common man in the district took place on Monday night in Chopda taluka in Jalgaon. A tribal woman gave birth on the road due to the health services not coming to her aid despite repeated requests. Rohini Khadse, the women's state president of the Nationalist Congress Party (SP), expressed her anger while talking to FPJ that her beloved sisters' health is being neglected in state.

While talking to FPJ today, Rohini Khadse said that Bormai is a tribal village in Chopda taluka, and on Monday night, May 26, a woman from this village started having labor pains.

As soon as these pains started, the woman's relatives contacted Asha Worker and sought help, but they did not offer the help. On the other hand, the labor pains of this woman were increasing. Finally, the woman's husband decided to take her to the nearest government hospital on a two-wheeler. By then, the woman started having contractions and she gave birth on the way. At this time, an old grandmother who was nearby quickly ran like a god and, using her knowledge, saved the woman. While this incident was happening, Rohini Khadse herself called for an ambulance.

"But even after waiting for an hour, no ambulance came or no one came. This woman did not get medical help. The woman was lying on the road. What would have happened to this woman if her grandmother had not come to help her? If her life had been saved, who is responsible for this?" Rohini Khadse asked.

"On the one hand, we say that India has reached the fourth largest economy in the world, and on the other hand, one of our beloved sisters is giving birth on the road. How long will my beloved sister continue to be humiliated behind the false advertisement of a progressive India?" She asked.

"How long will my beloved sister continue to be humiliated behind the false advertisement of a progressive India?" She said that it is necessary to provide good health care to our beloved sisters first without paying Rs. 1500.

She asked, "If health is being neglected, is the value of the Rs. 1500 given?"

Meanwhile, Zila Parishad Chief Executive Officer Minal Karanwal visited Chopda today and inquired about this matter.

Speaking to the Free Press Journal, she said that a four-member committee has been appointed in this regard and a complete investigation will be conducted into the matter. A high-level meeting has also been organized in the near future.
