Mumbai: Deceased trio were from Dombivli and workmates at GT Hospital

Kalyan: The three nurses, Bhakti Shinde, 40, Apurva Prabhu, 41, and Ranjana Tambe, 40, who passed away on the fatal mishap on Thursday were hailing from Dombivli who were friends and wokmates for the past 10 years. The trio were working together at the GT hospital. On that fateful day, all the three were heading for their respective duties.

In the mishap, Bhakti Shinde who resides in Pandit Din Dayal road area, Dombivli (W) is survived by her husband Rajendra and son Omkar (13), studying in Std VIII. Rajendra, who is in deep grief, works as a salesman in Dombivli area. “How will I survive after my mother’s death. I want stringent action be taken against those due to whose negligence led to my mother’s death,” said Shinde’s son Omkar.

Apurva Prabhu (41) stays in Thakurwadi area, Dombivli (W) who too lost her life. She is survived by her husband Abhay and two kids including a 12-year-old son Ganesh and 10-year-old daughter Chinmayi. Ganesh is studying in Std VII while Chinamyi studies in Std V.

Ranjana Tambe, 41, who is physically chellenged too has alos lost her life. Ranjana was living with her mother Sakrabai (75) while her brother Dharmendra and two other married sisters live separately. Ranjana’s one more sister Vishakha died nine years ago in an accident while she was going to meet her relative in Ratnagiri.

Ranjana stays in Thakurwadi area in Dombivli and she dropped her mother Sakrabai at her brother’s house situated in Krushna Sajjan Darshan building in Amol Nagar area and later left for job but she did not returned back,” said a relative.
