Mega block on Central Railway, jumbo block on Western Railway today

Mumbai: A jumbo block will be observed on the Western line on the up and down fast lines between Borivli and Bhayandar from 11 am to 3 pm today. On Central Railway, a mega block will be observed on the slow line between Byculla and Matunga, from 9 am to 6 pm. However, there will be no block on the Harbour line today.The Pune-Mumbai Sinhagad Express (11010/11009), the Manmad-Mumbai-Manmad Rajyarani Express (22102/22101), the Manmad-Mumbai-Manmad Panchavati Express (12110/12109) and the Pune-Mumbai Deccan Queen (12124/12123) are cancelled for today.

During the WR jumbo block, fast trains bound for Churchgate will run on the up slow line Ex Virar/Vasai Road to Borivli and fast trains will leave Churchgate on the Down slow line Ex Borivli to Vasai Road/ Virar. On CR, slow trains leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) from 8.49 am to 5.48 pm will be diverted to the down fast line between Byculla and Matunga and will halt at Parel, Dadar and Matunga. No suburban services will be available at Chinchpokli and Currey Road stations.
