Industrialist Aksha Kamboj has purchased two ultra-luxury apartments in Mumbai’s Worli for over Rs 309 crore within six months. Located in Oberoi Realty’s Three Sixty West, the deals highlight strong demand in the city’s premium housing segment, with repeat investments pointing to rising interest in high-end real estate.

Mumbai: In a notable show of sustained appetite for ultra-luxury real estate, industrialist Aksha Kamboj has purchased two high-end apartments total valuing over Rs 309 crore in Mumbai’s Worli locality within a span of just six months, according to property registration documents available with this reporter.

Aksha Kamboj is the Chairperson of Aspect Global Ventures, which is involved in Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) projects and other real estate developments. She is also the wife of Mohit Kamboj Bharatiya, the Group CEO of Aspect Global Ventures and a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. He is considered a close confidant of Devendra Fadnavis.

Both transactions were recorded in the premium residential project Three Sixty West, located along Dr Annie Besant Road of Oberoi Realty Limited. 

The first deal was registered on September 5, 2025, for an apartment on the 52nd floor of Tower A, with a transaction value of approximately Rs 106 crore. The unit spans around 14,911 sq ft of carpet area and includes an additional 884 sq ft, along with seven car parking slots.

Within months, a second transaction was executed on March 26, 2026, for another apartment in the same tower. This unit, located on the 51st floor, is similar in size—about 14,911 sq ft of carpet area with an additional 884 sq ft—and comes with eight parking spaces. The deal was valued at Rs 200 crore.

While the earlier transaction involved entities linked to Oasis Realty, the latter was directly executed with Oberoi Realty Ltd, the developer of the project.

Kamboj’s husband, Mohit Kamboj Bharatiya, is the Group CEO of Aspect Global Ventures and a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party.

Both properties are located in Worli, one of Mumbai’s most sought-after luxury residential micro-markets.

The back-to-back acquisitions within a short time frame underscore strong demand for uber luxury residences in the city’s premium segment. Industry observers note that such repeat investments in the same project are often driven by preferences for larger combined living spaces, investment diversification, or long-term value appreciation.
