Getting glowing skin is not easy for anyone. One can use highlighters to get natural glow on the face, but if you do not have flawless skin, makeup won't help you. One can do lifestyle changes to get glowing skin.

1) Padmasana-Lotus pose

Padmasana calms your brain, relieves stress and gives you glowing skin. This asana also helps in improving blood circulation throughout your body.

Steps to do it:

Sit on a oyga mat with legs stretched. Bend right knee and put it on left thigh. Ensure that sole of the feet is in upward direction and heel is close to the abdomen. Repeat same step with different leg. Put your hands on knees in mudra position and keep head and spine erect. Ensure that you inhale and exhale properly.

2) Paschimottanasana – seated forward bending pose

This asana purifies blood, strengthens skin elasticity and makes you calm. It makes your digestive system function properly as constipation and a poor digestive system leads to acne and dull skin.

Steps to do it:

Sit on a yoga mat with legs stretched. Put your right palm on right knee and left palm on left knee. Bend forward and catch your toes. Slowly bend your arms to touch the floot. Exhale and stay for a few seconds and repeat position.

3) Ustrasana – camel pose:

This asana improves blood flow which makes skin radiant. It helps in the functioning of the hormone which in turn benefits your skin.

Steps to do it:

Kneel on the floor with legs parallel to the ground. Ensure that your spine is erect. Move thighs inward and rest hands on hip. Bend your body and touch your heels. Slowly lift your chest upwards and stay in this position for a while. Do not forget to inhale and exhale.
