Aditya Roy Chowdury won the IIM Indore Gold Medal for Scholastic Performance Rank 2 and also won the VE Commercial Vehicles scholarship awarded for outstanding performance in the First Year.

He shared, "Receiving this gold medal feels deeply humbling. Being a Medical Doctor, transitioning into management was far from seamless. Subjects like accounting and economics were entirely unfamiliar."

"I went from understanding clinical cases to decoding balance sheets and economic models. What many of my peers had prior exposure to, I had to build from scratch, often putting in extra hours just to reach the same baseline."

Shethia Piyoni Jayesh

Shethia Piyoni Jayesh secured performance rank one with dual gold medals at IIM Indore, multiple scholarships and awards worth Rs 1,50,000 Lakh, including Bank of Baroda Achievers Award, topped with the highest CGPA, Director’s Merit List honour, and recognition for outstanding mentorship.

she warmly shared, "I am grateful to all the Professors of IPM and PGP for helping me achieve Rank 1 in IPM (5 years), 2x Directors Merit List Awardee with Rank 1 in Year 4 & 5 and the highest CGPA of 3.96/4.33 (95.99%) in the combined MBA (IPM & PGP) batch, graduating in 2026."

Navya Joshi secured the IIM Indore Gold Medal for Sholastic Performance Rank one along with three other gold medals shared her journey,

"I graduated from the Indian Institute of Management Indore with four gold medals and five industry-sponsored scholarships, an outcome that feels especially overwhelming given that I had entered with the simple goal of winning just one gold medal."

"Coming from a Computer Science Honours background at the University of Delhi, I initially found myself challenged among peers with strong engineering backgrounds, which pushed me to work harder and stay consistent. This journey was not individual alone but shaped by collaborative learning, with friends who excelled in different subjects, constantly supporting me."

He shared,"When I began this journey five years ago, I never imagined it would lead to this recognition. What remained constant was my commitment to challenge myself and grow through every phase. While balancing everything was sometimes overwhelming, it helped built resilience. I’m deeply grateful to my peers, family, and professors for their constant support, these recognitions feel more like a shared achievement, than just my own."

He shared his experience,"A beautiful principle that any MBA graduate will hear multiple times is the Pareto Principle: 80% results come from 20% efforts. And it’s this prioritization and quick finish technique that helps channel limited time to only value adding activities. I have always been interested in academics, not for grades, but for the sheer love of research and the professors at IIM Indore helped beautifully structure the vast unknown areas of Finance, Strategy, Marketing, Tech, Operations and HR."

The PGPMX experience has transformed my outlook and enhanced my business acumen.
