New Delhi: In a massive setback for Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), the Delhi High Court on Tuesday (April 9) dismissed CM Arvind Kejriwal's plea challenging his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate in the Excise Policy money laundering case.

ED was in possession of enough material which had led them to arrest Kejriwal. Non-joining of investigation by Kejriwal, delay caused by him was also impacting those in judicial custody, said the Delhi High Court.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was arrested on March 21. He is currently lodged in Tihar jail.
