Rapper Naezy, who was also one of the contestants on the reality show Bigg Boss OTT 3, grabbed eyeballs when he attended actress and BB OTT 3 co-contestant Sana Sultan's wedding ceremony in Mumbai on Tuesday. The rapper seemed to be in a trance and he was even seen losing his cool at the paparazzi.
Several videos of the incident have now gone viral in which Naezy can be seen mumbling to himself and moving around aimlessly, while Adnan Shaikh and others posed in front of the paps. Adnan then asked him to join them, and as the paps directed him for the photos, Naezy seemed to lose his cool at them.
"Aage peeche, aage peeche kya bol raha hai... Ek jagah bol na khade rehne ke liye," he was heard telling the paps, before Adnan intervened and calmed him down. Later too, he was seen mumbling and grooving on his own while the others posed.

As soon as the videos went viral, netizens were left confused by his behaviour, and some wondered if he was under the influence of drugs or alcohol. "Is he high?" a user asked on Instagram, while another wrote, "He seems to be drunk."
A couple of years ago, rumours were rife that the rapper was suffering from depression and drug addiction due to problems in his personal and professional life. Naezy, who was hailed as one of the pioneers of the underground hiphop scene in Mumbai, vanished for over a year at the peak of his career. He had later shared that he wanted to run away from the fame and limelight, and that his parents were against him being a rapper, despite him becoming famous.

The 2019 film, Gully Boy, starring Ranveer Singh in the lead role, was inspired by Naezy's success story. The rapper had, however, stated on Bigg Boss OTT 3 that Gully Boy caused him more harm than good.
He had shared that Ranveer's character was only losely based on him, but people believed he too had cheated on his girlfriend and his father had two wives, just as shown in the film. "This was not my reality, but people did not realise it was fictionalised. I was judged for a life that wasn't even mine. It took a toll on me and I suffered a lot," he had said.
