Chennai: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin will on Thursday unveil a portrait of social reformer E.V. Ramasamy ‘Periyar’ at Oxford University’s St. Antony’s College in London, marking the centenary of the Self-Respect Movement.
