Mumbai: Sohail Salim Khan has sold an office unit in Mumbai’s Andheri (West) for Rs 5.9 crore, according to property registration data accessed by CRE Matrix.
The transaction pertains to Office Unit No. 1012 on the 10th floor of Arc One, located on New Link Road in Andheri West. The unit has a carpet area of 1,559 sq ft and includes three car parking spaces.
Bilkish Associates Private Limited Registered as Buyer on March 27
The buyer in the transaction is Bilkish Associates Private Limited. The deal was registered on March 27, 2026, with a stamp duty payment of Rs 35.4 lakh.
According to documents, the office unit was originally allotted to Khan as part of a redevelopment project. In 2023, Chandra Gupta Estates Private Limited redeveloped the “Chandra Gupta” building, under which Khan received the office unit in Arc One as permanent alternate accommodation (PAA) in exchange for his earlier premises in the old structure.
The permanent alternate accommodation agreement was executed and registered on September 28, 2023, replacing his original units in the redeveloped building.
