NANAVATI Ventures Takeover Offer Window Opens July 1, BSE Issues Settlement Schedule & Early Pay-In Rules

BSE has released the settlement schedule for the takeover of Nanavati Ventures Ltd through the Offer to Buy window. The bidding runs from July 1 to July 14, 2025. Early pay-in of demat shares is mandatory through the depository system.

Mumbai: BSE has announced the settlement calendar for the Offer to Buy – Acquisition Window (Takeover) of Nanavati Ventures Limited.

The bidding period will begin on July 1, 2025, and end on July 14, 2025.

Obligation download date: July 21, 2025

Settlement date: July 22, 2025

Important Rules for Early Pay-in of Shares

All shares for this takeover must be delivered only through the Early Pay-in of Shares process.

This facility is available via CDSL and NSDL depositories.

Members and custodians must use:

BSE emphasized that no EPN file upload is needed. Members should ensure that shares are earmarked or blocked in clients’ demat accounts well before the deadline. This ensures that the shares show up properly in BSE/ICCL systems for bid confirmation.

Participants should follow the revised SEBI guidelines mentioned in BSE Notice No. 20200528-32 dated May 28, 2020.

They should also refer to the file MBRSTD_OTB_CM_mmm_SettNo for client-wise stamp duty charges.
