Fulcrum Digital, business platform and digital engineering company, has announced its plans to hire over 750 digital technology specialists this year, a 100 percent increase in hiring from last year. These will be lateral positions varying from program managers, technical architects, data engineers to full-stack developers.

The company has set a vision to achieve an equal revenue mix of products and services by 2022 in its core industry verticals - Financial services, Insurance, Food services, Higher education, Consumer Products and Services, and Digital Commerce. The hiring expansion plans are aligned with this vision, the company said in a statement.

The focus on continuously expanding digital talent and technology capabilities in India comes as part of the company's broader goal to build a strong foundation for its Global Delivery Centres in India, the US, the UK, Argentina, Brazil, and Portugal. Almost, 65 percent of the hiring for 2021 will be in India. With over 750 employees, India is the single largest talent hub for the New Jersey-based company.

Commenting on the hiring plans, Dhana Kumarasamy, CEO, Fulcrum Digital, said, “We are experiencing rapid growth in key regions. Our hiring plans and reskilling program reflect our relevance to global customers," he added.
