Mumbai: Emerald Finance Limited has announced the listing of new equity shares on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). This update, made public on May 14, 2025, informs that a total of 7,65,090 new equity shares will be available for trading starting Thursday, May 15, 2025. These shares, each with a face value of Rs. 10, were issued at a premium of Rs. 121, making the issue price Rs. 131 per share.

The shares have been allotted on a preferential basis to both Promoters and Non-Promoters, meaning selected individuals or entities have been given the opportunity to invest. The allotment took place on March 31, 2025. These new shares will carry the same rights and status as the existing shares of the company, which means there is no difference in value or benefit between old and new shares.

The company also shared details of lock-in periods, meaning some shares cannot be sold immediately. A total of 114,500 shares will remain locked-in until November 30, 2026, while the remaining locked-in shares will be held until various dates in November 2025. Lock-in is a way to prevent early selling and maintain share stability.

The shares are issued under the ISIN code INE030Q01015, and their distinctive numbers range from 33775230 to 34540319.

This move is part of Emerald Finance’s capital raising strategy and shows the company’s growth plans.
