BSE Notice: Quess Corp Ltd Demerger, Two New Companies To Be Listed

Quess Corp Ltd's demotion into Digitrade Solutions Ltd and Bluspring Enterprises Ltd has been approved. Shareholders will receive equity shares in both, with listing on BSE from April 15, 2025.

Mumbai: The Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru Bench has sanctioned the composite scheme of arrangement for Quess Corp Ltd. This plan involves the demerger of its two undertakings into Digitrade Solutions Ltd (Resulting Company 1) and Bluspring Enterprises Ltd (Resulting Company 2).

Record Date & Entitlements

The record date is set for April 15, 2025. Shareholders will receive one equity share each in the resulting companies for every share held in Quess Corp Ltd.

Trading & Listing Updates

Post-demerger, trading will shift from ‘A’ Group to ‘T’ Group. The scrip will also be part of the Call Auction in the Special Pre-open Session (SPOS) on April 15, 2025.
