Mumbai: BSE Limited has announced a Demat Auction for Rolling Settlement No. DR-651/2025-26, inviting trading members to submit their offers on Monday, June 16, 2025. This auction is conducted to buy securities that were short-delivered in the settlement.

The auction will take place on trading terminals, and it will follow this schedule:

Offer Entry Time: 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM

Auction Matching: 2:45 PM to 3:00 PM

Delivery Statement & Accepted Offers Report: 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM

Money Statement & Final Reports: 3:35 PM to 5:30 PM

The Pay-in for the Auction is scheduled for Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at 8:00 AM. Trading members and custodians should ensure they meet their obligations by transferring the required securities to the depositories before the cut-off time.

A key update is that trading members can now offer securities in auctions even if they have short-delivered them in the same settlement, following the implementation of the Uniform Membership Structure.

Members must be careful while entering security codes and rates. Any typing mistakes cannot be corrected once submitted. The Exchange may reject any offer without giving a reason.

Members are also advised to check the cut-off rates displayed on the auction screen and stay updated on corporate actions such as Ex-Rights, Ex-Bonus, or Ex-Split that may affect the securities.
