BHOPAL: The cold day like condition is likely to prevail at various places in the state as mercury is likely to nosedive while cold wave is likely to lash Betul district. However, the temperature during the day increased by 4 degree Celsius but the minimum temperature remained the same in the state capital on Sunday.
Chilly weather continued to persist in the state including in the state capital on Sunday as minimum temperature further plummeted all over the state. Bhopal recorded a maximum temperature of 27.3 °C which was 1°C above normal while it recorded a minimum temperature of 9.4°C which was 2°C below normal. On Saturday, the maximum temperature was 23.3°C and night temperature was 9.6°C. Betul shivered at 5.3°C while Damoh recorded 5.8°C and Chhindwara recorded 6.2°C.
