Bhopal: A Congress MLA has filed a complaint against an official in the Barkatullah University for setting his vehicle ablaze. He has also provided CCTV footage of the incident to cops. The incident occurred on the intervening night of Sunday and Monday. According to the complaint Kamlesh Jatav (Gour) the accused had a row with him and his kin over his under construction house in Vidhya Nagar area.
While the accused Surendra Bhargaw alleged that the MLA and his kin were influencing the work in their house using the encroachment cell of the civic body. The accused Surendra Bhargaw is husband of an official in the Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC). The complainant told police that the accused poured kerosene on his fortuner car and set it on fire. He told cops that the incident was witnessed on the CCTV cameras installed in the house. According to Gour the accused Bhargaw and his wife had used their power to bulldoze his under construction house in the area.
