Öko-Caribe Mocha is made from specially acquired cacao beans from the Dominican Republic; which mixed with their special medium roast coffee is delicious, especially with almond milk. Try the Coconut Caramel Coffee with coconut milk. The smoothness of coconut milk enhances the caramel’s flavours. Tip: don’t add sugar unless you taste it and if you do need it, add brown sugar.

The surprise to the palate was the Frankly Hot! Inspired by Buffalo Wings, this sandwich has cauliflower florets marinated in classic Louisiana sauce stuffed in Panozzo bread that’s smeared with garlic butter. Do not miss this. The green apple relish served with it is tasty as well.

Pass The Salt is famous for their deep-dish pizzas. Firehouse is something that floored me. Slightly on the spicier side with three cheeses – gouda, mozzarella and cheddar. The base is liberally spread with spicy San Marzano sauce topped with green olives, jalapenos, sundried tomatoes and a sprinkle of red paprika. Totally delectable.

End the meal with Saffron Rose Latté – a latte that’s spiced up with rose syrup, spices and saffron. A desserty feel that leaves you satiated.
