An Instagram influencer went asking the people of Delhi a question we studied about and easily answered in our school days. Rehnan Khan checked if youngsters still remembered facts about the solar system. Wait, don't open your geography books now or search this question using AI tools unless you really can't wait to know the answer.

"Which is the hottest planet in our solar system?", Khan asked people, recording their responses on camera. His reel showed how the public of Delhi reacted to the question, which netizens easily answered.

Delhi girls wrongly refer "Sun" as the hottest planet

The video opened by showing Khan standing next to a girl and asking her about the hottest planet. Wait, the fun isn't about simply knowing the correct answer to this but noting the hilarious and wrong responses people gave.

The first girl who answered shouted, saying, "Sun", followed by another. A couple of girls guessed the "Sun" was the hottest "planet" in our solar system. Meanwhile, other people from the public also believed it could be Mars or Mercury.

Internet has got no chill

Well, we know neither of the answers are right.

Netizens corrected them by saying that the Sun wasn't a planet at first. They educated the wrong respondents by telling them that the Sun is a star, not a planet.

The internet users didn't educate others on an easy note. Instagrammers dropped 'laughter' emojis taking a dig at those who answered Khan's question by saying, "Sun". While some laughed at the wrong answers recorded in the reel, others engaged in commenting the correct answer, Venus.

Notably, the title belongs to nearby Venus, thanks to its dense atmosphere. NASA suggests that Mercury, despite its proximity to the Sun, is not the hottest planet because it doesn't have an atmosphere to retain heat.
