MLA Sanjay Shirsath, while talking to reporters outside the Vidhan Bhavan, has responded to the viral video. While covering with ANI he admitted that the house seen in the video is his, he stated, "I am being deliberately targeted. It is the bedroom of my house. The dog in that video is also mine. I am sitting relaxed in my banyan. If there is money, there are cupboards in my house to keep it. Why would I keep money in a bag like this?"
MLA Sanjay Shirsat further stated that party members are being targetted and surveid. He also said that my house is always open for all to come have chai snacks and leave, party workers come and visit it could be someone working for them who did this.
