Television actress Devoleena Bhattacharjee took her fans by surprise on Wednesday after she tied the knot with longtime boyfriend Shahnawaz Sheikh.
The couple got married in a traditional ceremony at Lonavala. The wedding was a close-knit affair with their closest friends and family members in attendance.
Devoleena had been sharing pictures and videos from her haldi and mehendi ceremonies for the past two days, which had left netizens scratching their heads wondering who the mystery man in her life was.

Putting an end to speculations, the actress took to her Instagram and shared pictures from her intimate wedding and wrote, "And yes proudly i can say i am taken & yes shonu CHIRAAG LEKAR BHI DHOONDTI TOH TUJH JAISA NAHI MILTA. Reportedly, Shahnawaz is Devoleena's gym trainer and he is the reason behind the actress' fitness. Shahnawaz helped her when she met with an accident on the sets of 'Saath Nibhaana Saathiya'. He gave her physiotherapy.
Several reports stated that the two have been dating for over three years now.
During her stint on 'Bigg Boss 15', Devoleena had mentioned that she has a boyfriend, however, she had never revealed his name.
Devoleena's professional life
On the work front, Devoleena shot to fame with her role of the docile Gopi Bahu in the hit daily soap 'Saath Nibhaana Saathiya'. She also essayed a special role in the reboot of the show.
Besides, Devoleena has also appeared in other shows like 'Laal Ishq' and has participated in two seasons of 'Bigg Boss'.
