WWE superstar Asuka recently took to social media to share her concerns about personal safety, revealing that she has consulted the police due to feeling in danger. The former WWE Women’s Champion expressed that being approached by large groups of fans in public spaces, such as airports and city streets, has heightened her fears, making her uncomfortable and wary.

"I've been feeling in danger recently. I've already consulted the police. At this rate, even if fans approach me at the airport or in the city, I will feel the possibility that something might happen, and it will scare me, making me unable to respond," Asuka wrote.

Asuka, made it clear in her tweets that she values her privacy and is setting firm boundaries. She stated that any romantic or personal advances toward her are unwelcome and emphasized that no one has the right to interfere in her private life.

She further added, "I absolutely reject any romantic or personal approaches toward me. There is absolutely no possibility for others to interfere in my private life."

What's next for Asuka?

Asuka is currently recovering from a knee injury sustained in May 2024. She continues her road to recovery following surgery, though there is no confirmed timeline for her in-ring return. Meanwhile, fans hope she receives the necessary support and protection to ensure her safety. Asuka, 43, who has been with WWE since 2015, remains the longest-reigning NXT women’s champion, a four-time Women’s tag team champion, and has won the Royal Rumble and Money in the Bank.
