He added,"Driving for Red Bull has been an unforgettable experience, and I’ll always cherish the successes we achieved together. We broke records, reached remarkable milestones, and I’ve had the privilege of meeting so many incredible people along the way,” .

Perez, who joined the team in 2021, struggled to deliver consistent performances this year, culminating in a disappointing eighth-place finish in the drivers' standings at Abu Dhabi GP. He trailed teammate and world champion Max Verstappen by a staggering 285 points.

The tension between Perez and the team reportedly escalated throughout the season, leading to his premature exit despite being under a multi-year contract until 2026.
