Pune: Premium student housing brand Youthville on Tuesday inaugurated its 12th student housing complex in Shivajinagar, further expanding its presence in Pune and Mumbai. The facility was inaugurated by Padma Vibhushan Dr KH Sancheti and Krishnakumar Goyal, Chairman and Managing Director of Kohinoor Group.
Located near Sancheti Hospital, the new hostel offers students easy access to educational institutions, public transport and commercial hubs. It features air-conditioned rooms, nutritious meals, high-speed Wi-Fi, housekeeping, laundry services, biometric access, 24x7 security, study areas and recreational spaces.
Speaking at the event, Krishnakumar Goyal said the new facility reflects Youthville's commitment to building high-quality student communities across India. Dr KH Sancheti said modern students require safe and supportive living spaces that promote both academic success and personal growth.
Parag Sancheti said Youthville was chosen to manage the facility because of its focus on quality, student well-being and community living.
Youthville Founder Vineet Goyal said the company aims to create thoughtfully designed communities that inspire students to achieve their goals, while Co-founder Rupesh Mittal said the company remains committed to delivering quality infrastructure and services.
Youthville currently operates 12 premium student housing complexes across Pune and Mumbai and plans to expand to 15,000 operational beds over the next five years.
