The physical assault weakened both groups, and only after some time did others step in to resolve the dispute and call the Sarkarwada police.

Meanwhile, as such a freestyle fight occurred at the court entrance, the incident became a hot topic of discussion throughout the court premises for the entire day. Since an agreement was not reached, the dispute escalated to court. On the second hearing date, the conflict reignited at the District and Sessions Court entrance. A verbal altercation took place between mother-in-law Yamuna Yashwant Nikam (58, Pimpalpatti, Jail Road) and the daughter-in-law's brother Deepak Hiraman Salve (37, Dhulgaon, Mahirawani). Despite efforts from bystanders to mediate, both sides remained aggressive, ignoring any attempts at resolution. Eventually, Sarkarwada police intervened and took both groups to the police station, where a non-prosecution case was registered, and a memo was issued to the concerned parties.
