Panvel Municipal Corporation To Observe Lokshahi Din On June 2 For Direct Citizen Grievance Redressal

The Panvel Municipal Corporation has announced that its monthly Lokshahi Din (Democracy Day) will be observed on June 2, 2025, at the Municipal Headquarters. The event will be held under the chairmanship of the Hon’ble Municipal Commissioner, as part of the Corporation’s ongoing initiative to address public grievances through direct citizen engagement.

Panvel, May 15: The Panvel Municipal Corporation has announced that its monthly Lokshahi Din (Democracy Day) will be observed on June 2, 2025, at the Municipal Headquarters. The event will be held under the chairmanship of the Hon’ble Municipal Commissioner, as part of the Corporation’s ongoing initiative to address public grievances through direct citizen engagement.

As per protocol, Lokshahi Din is held on the first Monday of every month. In case of a public holiday, the event is rescheduled to the next working day.

Citizens who wish to raise personal grievances or submit individual representations are required to send their applications in the prescribed format, in duplicate, at least 15 days in advance. The Municipal Corporation has urged residents to ensure that their submissions pertain to personal matters only.
