Navi Mumbai: In a remarkable display of skill and determination, the Net Ninjas, who had been dominating the tournament, secured the Navi Mumbai Sports Association (NMSA) Metro Group Badminton Super League championship with a resounding 3-1 victory over the Sketchplay Smashers.
Ravi Srivastava and Sunny Duggal set the tone by claiming their first victory point in a thrilling opening match, defeating Aditya Oak and Sushant Shetty with a score of 21-17. However, in the subsequent match, the dynamic duo of Man Gajra and Shubham Pal delivered a commanding performance, sealing the title for the Net Ninjas with a resolute 21-14 victory.
Prize Money Awarded To Winners
For their impressive achievement, the Net Ninjas were awarded a cash prize of Rs. 70,000. The Maratha Warriors team secured the third-place position in the tournament.
