The Anti-Narcotics Task Force of the Konkan Division carried out the action in the early hours of March 29 while patrolling near Sector 9. The duo was intercepted on suspicion while heading towards the railway station, and a search led to the recovery of 58 grams of MD powder.

Case registered under NDPS Act
