The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has come up with 38 residential-cum-commercial, and row house plots in Kharghar, Kalamboli, Dronagiri, Kamothe, and New Panvel nodes.
CIDCO plots to be allotted through e-tendering at various wards
The plots will be allotted through the e-tendering and e-auction processes will be held on July 18, the result of which will be declared on July 19. Of the 38 plots, 20 plots are available in different parts of the Kharghar node. CIDCO has also made available four plots in the newly developed node Dronagiri and six plots in Kalamboli.
As per the CIDCO’s marketing department, the plots can be developed from 1.1 to 1.5 floor space index and the base price ranges from ₹30,000-₹90,000.
