The Andheri Government Railway Police (GRP) on Thursday arrested a 21-year-old man soon after his video of performing dangerous stunt along the railway track went viral on social media. The accused identified as Armaan Kayyum Shaikh was previously arrested for similar stunt video, said police.

According to the official, couple of days ago, a video of a man sitting in dangerously close proximity of a railway track and shooting a video of himself with a toy gun went viral on social media. Since the video was recorded near Andheri railway station, the Andheri GRP had been tasked to take a penal action against him.

"Soon after the video went viral, we traced the accused and brought him to the police station, following which he has been arrested under section 188 (disobeying public servant's order) along with the sections of Railway act," said Dattatray Nikam, senior inspector of Andheri GRP.

The GRP has seized the toy gun shown in the video which was apparently a cigarette lighter, said police.
