In a major real estate transaction, 9 Sky View Residences Private Limited, led by Director Sujata Agarwal, has purchased three luxury properties in the upscale Rustomjee Elements complex in Juhu for a total of Rs 98.58 crore.

Mumbai: In a major real estate transaction, 9 Sky View Residences Private Limited, led by Director Sujata Agarwal, has purchased three luxury properties in the upscale Rustomjee Elements complex in Juhu for a total of Rs 98.58 crore.

The acquisition includes three spacious apartments with a combined RERA carpet area of 11,768 square feet, which should be 12333.85 sqft (RERA carpet area). The deal, which includes high-end residences with premium amenities, reflects the continued demand for luxury real estate in Mumbai's prime locations.

Among the three properties, the largest purchase was apartment C-1401, spanning 7,045 square feet, which should be 7610 sqft (RERA carpet area). It was acquired for Rs 58.65 crore, with an additional Rs 3.51 crore paid as stamp duty. The unit also includes four car parking spaces.

The second property, C-1501, measuring 2,397 square feet, was bought for Rs 20.22 crore, with a stamp duty of Rs 1.21 crore. This unit comes with two car parking spaces.

The third apartment, C-1502, covering 2,326 square feet, was purchased for Rs 19.71 crore. The stamp duty paid for this transaction amounted to Rs 1.18 crore. Like C-1501, this unit includes two car parking spaces.

Rustomjee Elements, known for its luxurious residences and state-of-the-art amenities, continues to be a preferred choice for high-net-worth buyers. The latest transaction further highlights the robust demand for premium housing in Mumbai, despite fluctuations in the broader real estate market.
