Senior IAS officer Sonia Sethi, who was the additional metropolitan commissioner of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Agency (MMRDA), has been posted as the principal secretary (2) of urban development department in Mantralaya.
The incumbent Mahesh Pathak had retired on April 30.
