Mira-Bhayandar: Minister of State (MoS) for Home (Urban) Yogesh Kadam paid a visit to the headquarters of the Mira Bhayandar-Vasai Virar (MBVV) Police Commissionerate in Mira Road on Thursday. Seemingly satisfied with the ongoings, Kadam who inspected all branches and control room instructed the police to further tighten their anti-drug operations, while issuing directions for the proper implementation of the seven-point agenda chalked out by chief minister-Devendra Fadnavis which primarily focuses on streamlining government processes, ensuring office efficiency and improving the daily lives of citizens.
Notably, the chief minister had addressed key officials including divisional commissioners, district collectors, municipal commissioners, administrators, police commissioners and superintendents of police from across the state via video conferencing on 21, January and outlined specific instructions to be followed over the next 100 days.
Apart from home (urban), Kadam also holds portfolios including-revenue, rural development & Panchayati Raj, Food Civil Supplies & Consumer Protection along with Food and Drug Administrations.
