The Konkan Housing and Area Development Board of MHADA has announced a reduction in the sale prices of its 6,248 flats under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana(PMAY) Urban for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS).
These flats are located at Mouje Shirgaon and Mouje Khoni (Thane district ), are being sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Homebuyers aspiring to own a home are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity, said the Konkan Board’s Chief Officer, Revati Gaekar.
The sale price for 5,236 EWS flats under the October 2024 “First-Come, First-Served” scheme has been reduced by Rs 1,43,404 per flat. The new revised price per flat is now Rs 19,28,742.
Similarly, the sale price for 1,012 EWS flats at Mouje Khoni (also under the October 2024 scheme) has been reduced by Rs 1,01,800 per flat, bringing the revised price to Rs 19,11,700 per unit.
