Uddhav Thackeray-led faction has moved the Supreme Court challenging the Maharashtra Governor’s June 30th decision to invite rebel Sena leader Eknath Shinde to form government in Maharashtra and election of the Speaker in the Assembly.
The Uddhav camp has also challenged the Assembly speaker’s election and the floor test that proved the rebel camp's majority.
