IIT-B organises cyclothon on green living benefits

Mumbai : he Indian Institute of Bombay (IIT-B) organised a ‘Recycle’ a cyclothon in coordination with British Council and Young Environmentalists, an NGO, to create awareness about green living, at the institute’s campus on Sunday. British High Commission, Deputy Head of Mumbai Colin Wells who was the Chief Guest at the programme appreciated the efforts of students. He was seen overwhelmed with the magnanimity of the cyclothon by the Techfest in which hundreds of students have participated.  Wells said, “It was a great turn out. Yes, we need to create awareness about fitness and our environment. The young people here today showed great might and enthusiasm.”
