The administration entrusted the responsibility of maintaining social distancing by the customers on the shopkeepers.
And shopkeepers in turn shift the blame on the shoppers.

"The customers do not listen; they insist that the items in their shopping list be packed at the earliest. Have we come here to live? is the response of most of the customers," said a shopkeeper.
People thronged outlets of herbs, grocery stationery, snacks and general stores among others. The photos of the Freeganj area, but provide an inkling as to what will be the condition of the shops in the whole city.
