Ujjain: Bhiaravgarh police claimed to have cracked the blind murder case which came to fore about a week ago.
An unclaimed decomposed body of a young person was recovered from Ruigadha turn on Ujjain-Unhel Road on June 3. The body was sent for medico-legal examination to MY Hospital, Indore which reported that the person was due to head injury. As nobody came forward to claim the body, it was buried at the Chakrateerth Ghat on June 4 and related information was served to all concerned police stations.
Meanwhile, a missing report was received from Banganga police station, Indore. As per report one Tushar alias Tanu (32) son of Jitendra Borasi, resident of 32, Jayhind Nagar, Indore was missing from his house since June 1.
Indore police along with family members of the deceased reached Ujjain. The Bhairavgarh police took them to Chakrateerth and excavated the body which was duly identified by the parents of the deceased.
A probe revealed that deceased was last seen with the accused. Police said deceased Tushar was taken from his house on his bike (MP 09 VR 5652) on the night of June 1 by his friends Sunil and Nilesh alias Jatalu.
All of them reached Ratlam and after some dispute they killed Tushar and threw his body in a ditch near Ruigadha and disappeared. Police arrested them from Ratlam and also recovered the bike from their possession.
