Bhopal: Former chief minister Kamal Nath admitted to the hospital for a routine check-up

BHOPAL: Former Chief Minister Kamal Nath was admitted to the Medanta Hospital in Gurugram on Wednesday morning.

The Congress leader was having fever for last two days and he has gone to hospital for routine check-up.

The media coordinator Narendra Saluja informed that the former CM is currently under the supervision of a team of doctors at the Medanta Hospital.

His coronavirus test is negative and all test reports are also normal, Saluja said.

Sources informed that h has been shifted to the respiratory wing of the hospital where his health is being closely monitored.

CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan prays for speedy recovery

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has prayed for his speedy recovery. "Received information that former CM Kamal Nathji is unwell. I pray to God for his speedy recovery," the CM said in a tweet. Chouhan also tweeted that he spoke to Nath over the phone and enquired about his health.
