Neemuch: Nine workers suspended for poll duty laxity

ADM Meena said that nine polling personnel were found to be absent during the election material distribution process without providing any prior information.

Neemuch (Madhya Pradesh): As many as nine polling personnel have been suspended for dereliction of duty amid the second phase of the three-tier Panchayat elections 2022 in the Neemuch district.

Additional district magistrate Neha Meena issued orders for their immediate suspension over laxity in work. ADM Meena said that nine polling personnel were found to be absent during the election material distribution process without providing any prior information.

As per detailed information, the polling parties were distributed election material, and equipment from Government Mahatma Gandhi College in Jawed and dispatched to polling booths across Neemuch block amidst tight security, ahead of the second phase of Panchayat polling.

Further information, Bhritya Prabhu Lal Bhalwara (Sub Divisional Officer Agriculture Office), Mukesh Ahir (class IV employee of Agricultural Produce Market Committee), Rizwan Ayubi (Assistant Grade of Backward Classes Minority Welfare Department), Kesar Singh Bhati (primary teacher at Government Primary School Bhopatpura), Jaiprakash Shastri (assistant teacher at Government Primary School Jalinahar), Yatravati Sharma (primary teacher at Government Primary School Barkhedajat), Jyoti Kumawat (assistant teacher at Government Primary School, Kalukheda), Satyanarayan Soni (Government Higher Secondary School, Mahagarh), Komal Patidar (assistant teacher at Government Primary School, Mundla) were found to be absent from duty.
