Mhow (Madhya Pradesh): A truck driver and a cleaner were burnt to ashes in a truck mishap near Simrol Ghat late at 2.30 pm on Thursday night.
The accident was reported near Simrol ghat when a truck loaded with chemicals suffered brake failure and bumped into another truck loaded with bananas. The fire was so fierce that the driver along with the operator got burnt to ashes, informed a fire brigade personnel from Simrol.
Trucks with number RJ 11 GB 1401 and RJ 09 GB 9776, were reportedly going from Mhow to Khandwa.
The fire brigade of the Cantonment Board left for Simrol soon after receiving the information. The fire brigade of Mhow also reached the spot, said the fire brigade personnel.
