Ratlam (Madhya Pradesh): Worshipped as an 'avataar' of Lord Hanuman by some, addressed as 'Wolf Man' by others, 19-year-old Lalit Patidar, from a village in Ratlam has set a Guinness World Record for having the most dense facial hair growth.

Patidar is from Nandleta village in Madhya Pradesh. His facial hair density was measured at 201.72/cm², earning him global recognition.

On February 13, he was honored with the record in Italy, making his village proud.

Lalit’s extraordinary facial hair growth has been a part of his life since childhood.

According to a report in Times Now, the Guinness World Records team contacted him in 2022, and after a long process, he was invited to Italy. On February 8, he traveled to Milan with his family member, Jitendra Patidar, and spent six days there.

Experts examined him, and he was officially awarded the record.

Growing up, Lalit faced many challenges due to his unique appearance. When he was born, doctors had to shave his body because of the thick hair growth. As he grew older, he noticed that his facial hair kept growing at an unusual rate.

At first, people in his village were scared of him, and some even teased him. Some people threw stones at him, thinking he was dangerous. Over time, however, his story gained attention, and people from different states and even other countries started reaching out to him. Many blogs have been written about him, and he has now become an inspiration to others.

Despite the difficulties, Lalit has accepted himself and now proudly embraces his unique identity. He hopes his story encourages others to be confident in their own skin.

Doctors have said that his hair growth is due to a rare medical condition, which affects only about 50 people worldwide.

However, Lalit does not let this define him. He is happy that he has made his village famous and wants to continue living life with confidence and positivity.
