Former MP CM and senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh fiercely surrounded the BJP and Modi government regarding the rising inflation, Ramjanmabhoomi and Sangh's agenda.

On the land purchase scam of Ram Janmabhoomi Trust, he said that he also donated for the same. "VHP and BJP have converted faith into opportunity. Only Nritya Gopal Das Maharaj is an authentic saint in the trust. First of all, remove Champat Rai and a criminal case should be registered against him. The trust should include authentic saints of the country."

The former CM took in hand Mohan Bhagwat's statement of Hindu-Muslim having same DNA. "Mohan Bhagwat says that the DNA of a Hindu Muslim is one. Then why does the BJP do the politics of divide. If DNA is one then why does love jihad become law? What is the need of conversion law? If they both have the same DNA, why does he and his people discriminate amongst the people of the minority class?"

Questioning the ongoing investigation in the Nemavar case, he asked the CBI or the magistrate to supervise.

Taking a note on the continuous surge in price of petrol and diesel, Digvijaya said the poor and middle class people are troubled by it. "Posters of the Prime Minister's Ujjwala Yojana should be painted black."

"By reducing the central excise duty, the price will come down. Not only the poor section is troubled due to inflation, but now the middle class has also started breaking. Government says that they have done a wonderful job, but in the last few months, the price of cooking gas has increased by more than three and a half hundred."

On population policy, Digvijay Singh gave the example of Kerala and said that there are more Christians and Muslims in Kerala, yet the birth rate is low. Do not make religious divisions.
